Event #3

November is here. Thanksgiving is a few weeks away. Christmas is soon after. But tonight is the 3rd chance out of 10 for points.

Everyone came into the league thinking this was their year. They were going to make the deep runs necessary to lock up a seat in the 2015 WSOP main Event and represent the rest of this group in Vegas.

From September to October we already see what a deep run or a early exit could mean. Rick with a 5 point dud in September jumped into 5th with his October win. Hugh on the other hand dropped from 4th to 8th with his early October exit.

Frank had a great September but October might make him rethink the game

Our Host Mr. Merrow showed that a deep run for him in September was an anomaly. Octobers game brought his real game to light.

Neil A (our resident Donk) will be all over the board throughout the 10 months. He is currently taking poker courses at the Uptheodds.com academy. I would suggest quite a few of you look into.

The 2013 representative of the group, Mike C has a tight lock on 7 points a month and should seal up 15th place before valentines day.

David Nowik is the confusing playing in the bunch. The overwhelming favorite struggled in September and October did not fare much better. He still is the 3/2 favorite posted in Vegas odds and should be there in the spring.

Steve Hollander is the most consistent of all of us. With an average of 2 points a month he is close to locking up 18th place.

Now while some of you have not been focused on in the first two months of play I can tell you that everyone is fair game (outside those who cant take a joke) I will be watching again tonight, taking mental notes and sharing my thoughts right here on Uptheodds.com.

Some of you will be verbally abused due to poor play, bad hair cuts or otherwise unacceptable hygiene (Mike C).

The rest of you should continue to play in fear knowing that one of the 18 is watching and plotting his or her (Mike C) next move.
