Can balding people play poker?
Chris W gets over 40% of the vote in recent poll while Dave R takes home the silver medal. I have been notified that our poll winner gets his hair cut by his wife and she will not be happy with his poll victory.
So, Can balding players succeed at poker?
April is here and by the looks of it there are a few players attending that will put that question to the test. Fridays tournament will be full again by the looks of it. 3 tables and lots of cash to be won. Not to mention the elusive points that are becoming more important every month.
Players like Dan K, Ray, Willis and Matt are wallowing in their own despair. Now over a minimum of 29 points out of first. Now while a top 10 place is still within their grasp they have very little time to sit back and hope it comes to them. Summer months will have some of them miss a game or two only putting more pressure on them come the fall.
The top 10 are all within each others sights and cant risk faltering either.
In 2009 Aaron came in 10th. So this year there is 10 players that make the year end final table. He is sitting in that precarious spot of 10th as we speak and has zero room for error.
Scott, Steve D, Josh and the new guy Paul all sit tied for 6th. Only one ahead of Aaron and all are looking to pad the points this Friday with a deep run.
Your Head Coach is alone in 5th. Still offering lessons by appointment only I suggest some of you schedule one soon.
Javier, Kyle and Pete sit tied for 2nd with 17 points. A bald guy, An illegal immigrant and an angry guy. You can match them up for fun later.
All alone in first is Dave R. 2nd worse hair in the league and almost as angry as Pete. He complains much less than Matt but who doesn't and is the only so called heterosexual that still goes tanning.
Tick tock people. Summer will come, then Fall. Where will you be sitting in points?
